Return & Exchange Policy (India):

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or garment, please initiate the return process on our website via the Returns section within 3 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns or replacements for products that meet the following criteria: they must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have all labels and tags intact, and be in the original packaging.

If, by any chance, you receive damaged items, kindly notify us at hello@origanilife.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We will promptly initiate the exchange process, typically within 7 working days after approval of our exchange criteria.


Cancellation

To ensure a successful order cancellation and refund, please make sure to cancel before the brand/seller processes it. Kindly write to us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@origanilife.com.

Please mention your complete bank details- like; Bank Account number, IFSC Code, Branch, where you want the refund amount to be transferred.



Return & Exchange Policy (International)

International orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we have made an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order, providing details of the issue and attaching relevant pictures if applicable.
